30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in original condition, unused, and unlaundered.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all parts/accessories included.
  • Hygiene Standard: Due to the personal nature of bedding and grounding products, we strictly cannot accept returns on items that have been washed, slept on, or significantly used.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at support@earthedin.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • Restocking Fee:
    • Unopened/New Condition: No restocking fee.
    • Opened Items: generally, opened bedding cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. However, if an exception is granted by our support team for an opened item, a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund to cover inspection and repacking costs.

Cancellation Policy

We pride ourselves on fast processing to get your order to you as soon as possible.

  • Before Shipping: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and proceed with the standard return process.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale items (unless they arrived damaged).
  • Products that have been washed or laundered.

Promotion & Giveaway Disclaimer

During promotional periods where a free item is included:

  • Bundle Returns: If you return an order that included a free gift, the free gift must also be returned in unused condition.
  • Deduction: If the free item is not returned, its full retail price will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or rejected.

  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • Exclusions: Original shipping fees and package protection fees are non-refundable.

Address and Delivery Issues

  • Address Accuracy: We cannot modify delivery addresses once an item has shipped. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
  • Lost/Stolen Packages: While we strive to ensure your package arrives safely, Earthedin is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen after the courier has provided "Proof of Delivery." We recommend choosing a secure delivery location.
