At Earthedin, we are dedicated to delivering your grounding products promptly and securely. Below outlines our shipping procedures and estimated delivery times.

Order Processing
Once an order is confirmed, it will be sent to our fulfillment team.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to pack and dispatch your order.
  • Note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time estimates below.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
We are pleased to offer Free International Shipping on all orders over $48 USD.

For orders under $48, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • USA & Canada: 4-9 business days
  • Mainland Europe & UK: 5-10 business days
  • Oceania (Australia/NZ): 5-10 business days
  • Other countries: 5-15 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They can take longer than expected due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Carriers
We partner with premium global carriers and local postal services to ensure the best service, including USPS, DHL eCommerce, FedEx, and specialized logistics partners depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • Update Lag: Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to populate in the courier’s system.
  • Did not receive email? If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@earthedin.com.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Earthedin. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

Missing Items or Split Shipments
If you receive your package and notice an item is missing, please don't worry.

  • Split Shipments: Due to weight restrictions or stock location, we may split your order into multiple packages. You will typically receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.
  • Error: If you believe an item was truly missed, please contact us immediately at support@earthedin.com with your order number. We will promptly ship the correct items free of charge to rectify the situation.
