This pack includes two matching Earthedin grounding pillowcases in your selected color and size. Each case blends 90% organic cotton with 10% conductive silver threads and connects independently using its own supplied grounding cord.
Your bare face, neck or head needs to touch the conductive fabric. A regular pillowcase does not provide this grounding connection.
Which pillowcase size should I choose?
Choose from 20 × 30 in (Queen) or 20 × 36 in (King). Measure your existing pillow and select the closest suitable size from this page. Your mattress size does not determine which pillowcase you need.
Both pillowcases in the pack will have the same selected size.
Can I put a normal pillowcase over it?
Use the grounding pillowcase as the outer layer touching your skin. Another pillowcase over it creates a barrier between your face or neck and the conductive fabric. You can keep a pillow protector underneath the grounding pillowcase.
Can I use it without a grounding sheet?
Yes. The pillowcase has its own connection point and supplied grounding cord, so it can be connected independently. You can also use it alongside grounding bedding, following the connection instructions for each product.
What comes with one 2-pack?
One pack includes two grounding pillowcases and two 16-foot grounding cords, each with a built-in 100 kΩ safety resistor. Pillow inserts are not included. Both cases use your selected color, size and regional connection option.

How do I connect it, and which plug type do I need?
Attach one supplied grounding cord to each pillowcase and connect its other end to the ground port of a properly grounded outlet. Choose USA/CA, UK or AU/NZ according to the outlet you will use. Each case connects independently; a grounding sheet is optional.
USA/CA: No separate adapter is included or needed. Each cord end plugs directly into a grounded US/Canada outlet’s ground hole.
UK / AU/NZ: Use one of the two included matching grounding adapters for each case. The cases do not use mains power. Verify the outlet’s grounding before use.
How do I wash it and protect the silver threads?
Disconnect the grounding cord before washing. Use a mild liquid detergent with a neutral pH. Machine wash your grounding pillowcase on a regular cycle in warm water at approximately 40°C (105°F), then tumble dry on a gentle cycle with low heat. Do not dry clean.
Never use bleach or detergents with whitening agents. Avoid fabric softeners, oxi-detergents, and detergents containing oils such as lavender or coconut oil, which can damage or coat the conductive silver fibers. Wait at least one hour after applying lotions or body oils before touching the fabric.
Regular washing helps remove skin oils and sweat; our general FAQ suggests washing conductive bedding every 1–2 weeks.
How can I test the pillowcase and its cord?
Check the connected pillowcase with a grounding continuity tester, or use a multimeter to measure resistance between separate points on its silver grid.
The supplied cord contains a 100 kΩ safety resistor, so it may not beep in a multimeter’s continuity mode. Select a resistance range that can measure 100 kΩ to check the cord. Verify your outlet’s grounding separately.
Which pillowcase colors are available?
The grounding pillowcase comes in Grey, White, and Black. Each color uses the same cotton-and-silver blend and is available in the 20 × 30 in or 20 × 36 in size shown in the selector.
Both pillowcases in one pack will have the same selected color.
When will my order ship, and how can I track it?
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before dispatch. Once it ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link. Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to appear.
Delivery is handled by global carriers and local couriers, including USPS, DHL, FedEx, Yunexpress, and Aramex, depending on the destination. If no dispatch email arrives within four business days, check your spam folder or contact support@earthedin.com with your order number.
Where do you deliver, how long does shipping take, and is it free?
We currently deliver to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch; the 1–3 business days of order processing are separate.
Shipping is free when your order total is at least $40 USD. Orders below $40 USD have a flat $12 USD shipping fee. Delivery estimates can be affected by customs or other delays, and any applicable import duties or taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
